Full range of electromechanical pistons for residential and collective use suitable for swing gates to 4 metres long and weighing up to 700 kg. The new KUSTOS BT B operators have been created to deliver a high degree of protection for the motor, including in particularly dusty locations, thanks to the covered worm screw. Obstacle detection: the management and control system of the D-Track pair maximises safety for people and property, as well as facilitating certification of the system. Installation is quick and easy thanks to the magnetic limit switches at the top of the motor, the exclusive function that assists the installer with correct positioning using the motor’s vibration, and the integrated mechanical stops.

Thanks to the protected worm screw, the operator is better suited to dusty or sandy environments.
The limit switches positioned at the top of the motor are easy to adjust thanks to the exclusive vibration or flashing light feedback function (patented). The built-in mechanical stop avoids the use of a ground stop.
Thanks to the increase in opening speed, waiting times are reduced and ease of use improves.
The 24 V technology and electronic control help to keep people safe from impacts without a need for supplementary safety devices.
The exclusive D-Track technology increases the safety of the automation by ensuring the thrust applied is the minimum necessary to ensure movement and permits adaptive control of the force according to changes in usage and environmental conditions, reducing maintenance operations as a result.
