Control panel with display for one or two 24V electromechanical operators used on 230V swing gates. There are two power modules, which are interchangeable and can operate all motors. The radio receiver is incorporated and the memory of the remote controls is removable and expandable. It has an anti-crushing system based on D-Track technology, it controls the slowing down when opening and closing and has an electronic self-learning function. The main functions include automatic closing, fast closing, partial opening and hold-to-run operation. This panel can be programmed using Bluetooth or remotely via wifi/GSM using a dedicated app. The product complies with the new energy efficiency regulations and therefore has a power consumption on standby of less than 0.5 W.

The thrust required to operate safely. A smart torque management system based on the microprocessor technology of BFT control units. Acquiring data from several indicators, it updates the level of thrust required to perform the operation. D-Track also facilitates the installer in providing for the certifications required by law. Conventional control units do not "read" the exact position of the gate and consequently apply constant thrust levels, without ensuring stable sensitivity during the opening and closing operations. BFT control devices record the slightest variation in the gate or door force, for example due to differences in temperature or wear, constantly supplying the optimum torque to the motor. A conventional control unit could not detect these thrust variations, which would result in it indicating the presence of non-existent obstacles. The BFT system thus guarantees the maximum safety and perfect functioning of the equipment, no matter what the climactic and temperature conditions and degree of mechanical wear.
U-Security is a new technology from BFT which, in addition to incorporating a new encrypted rolling code transmission, also incorporates the functionalities of the Er-Ready system and introduces a new procedure for programming BFT remote controls by scanning a QR code. The new rolling code system has an encryption key which masks the code and prevents the BFT remote controls from being cloned by third-party models. All products which have this technology integrate the coding system to directly clone remote controls (Er-Ready) and are therefore all REPLAY. In addition, with U-Security it is also possible to add remote controls to a BFT receiver and program them using the QR code which is printed on the cover of each Mitto C, using the dedicated app.
